The Role
I led the redesign of the UX/UI to make it easier for users. I did a lot of research to understand what users need and carefully checked the design. Then, I used Figma to create a system that keeps everything consistent and helps us work together better. My job included designing the product, hiring new team members, and deciding how the brand looks. This made our communication inside the team much better and made it quicker to add new features.
